What's included, every visit
- Inside every cabinet and drawer, wiped clean for the next person's things
- Inside the fridge and oven, degreased and left fresh
- Bathrooms descaled top to bottom — tile, glass, fixtures and grout
- Floors detailed corner to corner, including where the furniture stood
- Sills, window tracks, baseboards, switches and doors, all wiped down
Keys, closings and timing
Most move-out cleans happen in an empty home with nobody there — that's normal for us. Tell us how we get in (lockbox, a neighbor, your realtor) and when the walkthrough or closing is, and we'll plan backwards from that date. Everything is coordinated in writing, so your realtor or landlord can be on the same thread, and we send photos of the finished home before we lock up.
Renovating before you move in? Pair this with our Post-Construction Cleaning so the dust is handled first. And once the boxes are unpacked, many clients start a Regular Cleaning in the new home — same two faces, new address.
